Information we process
RayPro Feedback processes account information, company configuration, QR interaction data, customer feedback submitted through internal forms, and Google Business Profile review data where a company explicitly connects its profile.
Purpose
Information is used to provide authentication, customer-feedback collection, reporting, review management, licensing, security and support functions.
Customer feedback
Businesses using RayPro Feedback are responsible for informing their customers about how feedback and optional contact information will be used. RayPro does not require a customer email address for internal feedback unless the business chooses to make that field part of its process.
Google integrations
Google account credentials are not stored. OAuth access and refresh tokens are used only to access the connected Business Profile according to the permissions granted by the business.
Retention and rights
Retention periods, deletion rights, subprocessors and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law disclosures should be finalized before production launch.
