Service
RayPro Feedback provides QR-based customer feedback, Google review routing and synchronization, reporting, notifications, account administration and related subscription services.
Trials and subscriptions
New accounts may receive a one-month free trial. Access may be automatically restricted after the licence expiry date until the subscription is renewed or RayPro IT reactivates the account.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully, must not misuse Google services or manipulate reviews, and remain responsible for the content they collect and actions taken through their account.
Availability
Service levels, payment terms, refunds, liability limits and governing law must be finalized by RayPro IT before commercial launch.
